By taking part in the contest the participant accepts the following Terms and Conditions:

RWC – Reliance Worldwide Corporation (Aust.) Pty Ltd ‘RWC BEECO Backflow Prevention Promotion’ on the website (https://www.rmc.com.au/), and Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/rwc.apac/) of RWC refers to RWC Head Office, 27-28 Chapman Place, Eagle Farm QLD 4009, open between 01/03/2025 and 30/04/1987. The contest is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram or any other media platform and is in no way sponsored  by RWC retailers, Facebook or Instagram. 1 ENTRY

Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participants can enter the competition via the RWC landing page (Here) by signing up to the RWC list.

Participants can enter more than once, however only one entry per purchase will be accepted.

2 ELIGIBILITY

• Eligible persons must reside in Australia or New Zealand and be aged at least 18 years old. Entrants under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian accept these Terms and Conditions to be eligible to win. Excluded from participation are any persons conducting the competition or involved in the management of RWC as well as its employees and their relatives.
• Incomplete or incorrect entries, or those which contain offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, will be deemed invalid.

3 PARTICIPATION AND PROFIT DRAW

• Participation in the contest requires entrants to sign up and consent to receive marketing communications from RWC.
• RWC will select the winner of the prize comprising of a $1,000 digital gift card on Monday 5th May 2025 at [11 Walters Drive Osborne Park WA 6017 Australia] and that decision will be final and non-negotiable. [The winner will be determined by utilising a random and equal chance ticket generator The retailer where the winner purchased the product from will also receive a prize comprising of a $500 digital gift card.

• RWC reserves the right to request that the winner provides proof of identity prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of RWC.
• In the event that a winner does not claim the prize and despite every reasonable effort is unable to be contacted s within fourteen (14 days) , another winner will be selected for any unclaimed prizes on [extend date to account for 14 day grace period] at the same time and place as the original selection, via the same method of selection, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
• The winner will be notified by the supplied email or Instagram account. The prize remains the property of RWC until claimed by the prize winner.

4 PAYOUT

• The profit is exclusively a prize which comprises of 1 digital gift card valued at [$1,000] for the purchaser; and 1 digital gift card valued at [$500] for the retailer.
• A cash payment of winnings is excluded.

5 NOTICE & PRIVACY

The competition participants agree that:

• RWC will collect all personal data in order to conduct the promotion.
